Plant maintenance people needed spare parts for repair of boiler feed pump but OEM lead times were too long

Pumpcoat used pump parts from stock to make manufacturing drawings, prior to customer depletion of stock.

Customer now had alternate vendor, with shorter lead time for sourcing repair parts.
